Typical creation of small business/organization web site:

♦  1 to 5 pages for $250.00

♦  Additional Pages $50.00

These prices include the following:

♦  Web Site Planning

♦  Creation of your company's home page and related web pages

♦  Creation of (1) specialized online form

♦  Customer sent images

♦  Creation of a "Contact Us" page that will e-mail your company

♦  Unlimited Hyperlinks

♦  Setup of company e-mail addresses

♦  Scanning of your company's logo or pictures for web pages (5)

♦  Providing links from your site to various requested related sites

♦  Use of Meta tags to boost rankings in search engines

These prices do not include the following:

♦  The cost of the web host of your choosing and your domain registration.

♦  The cost of your web-hosting can be anywhere from free on up - we will work together to choose the best option for you and your business or organization.

♦  Domain Registration is approximately $20.  (Usually included in Web Host Package)

Additional Services Available:

♦  Take digital pictures of products, staff, etc.  ($50 per hour)

♦  Picture or Image Scanning  (.50 per picture/image)

♦  Additional forms - $10 each (In addition to page cost)

♦  eCommerce (Shopping Cart) - Cost on a Project by Project basis

♦  CMS - Client Editable Site - Cost on a Project by Project basis

Marketing your Site:

♦  I will help guide you through possible marketing tools

♦  The cost can vary from free on up – we will work together to choose the best option for you and your business or organization.

Maintenance and Future Updates:

♦  $50 per hour

♦  Typically, most maintenance and updates can be done in 15 minutes. 

♦  Charges will be done in 15 minute increments.

Payment and Work Done:

♦  A full quote will be reviewed and agreed upon after a free initial consultation prior to any work being done.

♦  To begin design work on your site, I require one half of the estimated total as a deposit and a signed contract. The remainder is due when the project is complete, before installation on your server.

♦  Check or money orders are accepted at the contact address listed on the “Contact Page".
